Washington Machinery Corporation

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Washington Machinery Corporation and highlight our capabilities. Our principles have over 125 man-years of combined experience in the machinery and construction business.

Our philosophy is to work discreetly with customers to understand their process and machinery mix, in order to make meaningful recommendations to improve up time performance and increase plant efficiencies. Also, to assist our customer’s in meeting environmental goals mandated by Federal and State regulators.

Our capabilities include but are not limited to designing and build new state-of-the-art machinery systems, rebuilding and repairing existing machinery, managing construction of plant and machinery upgrades and Greenfield plant construction projects. Our specialties are machinery design, process line design and installation, including process controls, hydraulic systems and piping. We offer machinery inspection services to assist in routine maintenance planning, and preventive maintenance programs. We will provide a new resource replacement parts for existing machinery of all makes.

Competing in today’s difficult markets requires strong leadership and a vision that translates to increasing plant efficiencies. These efficiencies reduce production costs and increase profits.

Our new company was conceived to help Plant Managers to form that vision and implement process and machinery improvements to achieve those efficiencies.

Five veterans of the Wood Products Machinery Business have organized Washington Machinery Corporation. We recognized a need to assist Plant Operators to achieve cost reductions and increase profit margins, in an ever-increasing competitive market.
