2006 was a big year for us at Westech Rigging. We launched our new store in Salem, OR. It is managed by Nick Anderson, who worked for years at the Eugene location. The launch of our new store makes us the only multiple location rigging shop in the state. The Salem shop is doing well and is continuing a steady, desireable growth. Salem contractors now have a local source for all of their rigging, fall protection and arborist needs.

Westech Rigging is a full-line rigging shop. The company was formerly named Western Wire Rope but changed its name to denote its expansion into other fields. Westech Rigging now services the logging, construction, utility and arborist industries. Wire rope and fittings are in stock, along with PPE (personal protection equipment), arborist supplies (pole saws, saddles, spurs, rope, etc.) and more. At Westech Rigging, you will find quality name brands like Crosby, Liftex, Gunnebo Johnson, Columbus McKinnon, DBI/Sala/Protecta, Yale Cordage, Skookum/Ropemaster/Ulven and others.
